Can we add something simple in parens after the date in those cases?

e.g. http://vgmdb.net/album/11351

Release Date Jan 01, 2009 (MAGFest 7)

Same idea for barcode after catalog #.

I added the barcode, though the format will probably change.

The event info is a little tougher to place, because sometimes an album is pre-sold at an event, so the info probably needs a little more treatment than just putting it after the catalog number.

I personaly don't like the placement of this new feature.

It should get it's own "line" (like barcode: xxx) and not be linked with the cat #, it's pretty confusing, really.

I wonder if we need a second page (or some window that expands with Javascript) to house some of the additional information, like this barcode, the lyricists and other new roles that will come later, event releases, and maybe some more technical details on the CD. We also want to display ratings breakdown, links to reviews or lyrics etc. We just need to figure out the best way to display all of this extra information.

This is a good idea. I thought about you could add a "lyrics" page.

Maybe some kind of links from the first page that could lead to a "detailed" page infos, with the complete artists breakdown.. (most awaited feature ?)

There's still lot of works on the website i guess. I am neither a designer nor a programmer/coder, it's easier to say/request than to do it.
But you guys did a wonderfull job so far, you'll certainly find out, with time.

I temporarily removed the barcode display. It should have its own line eventually.

Partly related, does the event a CD was released at only appear to Trusted Editors and Admins? Should[n't] it be available to regular users? I don't see it when I look at one.

It doesn't appear anywhere in the album page, unless it's in the notes.

Events, along with a few other things like Lyricists and barcodes, are features that were added after the album page layout was designed, so we need to figure out the best way to display this additional information.
