Cave Matsuri (ケイブ祭り) was a promotional event held by Cave, including sales of products and a panel with Manabu Namiki and arrangers from the consumer version of Death Smiles.

Cave Matsuri was held in the fifth floor event hall of the Akihabara HEY arcade.
